General Inquiries
hello@securecodinghub.comWho reaches out to SecureCodingHub?
Our inbox gets three kinds of message most often. Engineering leaders looking to upskill their developers on OWASP Top 10, OWASP API Top 10, and CWE Top 25 without pulling people into another generic compliance video. Security and AppSec teams who need a way to retire boring slide-deck training and replace it with hands-on labs that prove the developer can actually find and fix the vulnerability. And compliance owners shopping for an evidence trail that satisfies PCI DSS v4.0.1 requirement 6.2.2, the EU Cyber Resilience Act, ISO/IEC 27001 Annex A.8.28, and similar secure-coding obligations.
If you're somewhere in those three groups — or you're not sure yet — drop us a line. The faster you tell us your team size, your tech stack, and the regulation you're trying to satisfy, the faster we can route you to the right person and the right pricing.
How quickly will I hear back?
Sales and general inquiries get a reply within one business day. Support tickets are answered within four business hours during your local working week. Partner program applications go to our partnerships team and we aim to schedule the first call within five business days. If your matter is genuinely urgent — for example, an audit deadline this week — say so in the subject line and we'll prioritise.
Where is SecureCodingHub based?
LimePlate, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware with a registered office at 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. The team works in distributed time zones across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, which is how we keep live coverage for customers from Tokyo to Toronto. Procurement documents, MSAs, DPAs, and SOC 2 Type II evidence can be requested through the sales channel.
Common questions before the first call
Do you offer a free pilot?
Yes. Teams that complete a qualifying call receive a 14-day pilot with full platform access, sample assignments, and a debrief at the end. The pilot uses your real developers and your real reporting needs so the decision is based on data, not a sales deck.
Can SecureCodingHub work with our SSO and HRIS?
We support SAML 2.0 and OIDC for single sign-on, SCIM 2.0 for user provisioning from Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and other major identity providers, and SCORM/xAPI exports for organisations that prefer to host content inside their existing LMS.
What languages and stacks are supported?
The catalog covers backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure-as-code stacks, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, Go, Ruby, PHP, Kotlin, Swift, Rust, and more. New language modules ship regularly — if your stack isn't listed, tell us in the form and we'll confirm timing.
Is the contact form encrypted?
All form submissions are sent over HTTPS, processed by our infrastructure, and stored under the controls described in our privacy policy. We never sell contact information and we don't share it with affiliates.
